The Farm to School Manitoba Healthy Choice fundraiser is a fresh, local, healthy and profitable fundraiser for your school and child care facility!  It is a great way to promote healthy food choices while also fundraising for your school or daycare.

We are very pleased to announce the program is now available to all licensed child care facilities and schools (public and private) in Manitoba for the fall of 2012.

We are now accepting enrollment for the fundraiser.

Celebrate "Veggie Time" with your school with fun and interactive veggie themed activities such as:

1. Make a veggie soup

2. Veggie trivia

3. Onion on a spoon relay

4. Capture the "carrot" (aka capture the flag)

5. Veggie jeopardy

6. Do you know your food groups? Match foods the the Canada's Food Guide food groups.

7. Name that veggie

8. Where in the world does this veggie come from?

9. Grocery list relay..grab what's on your list and don't forget the veggies!

10. Plant veggies or herbs indoors and watch them grow!
